Beyond Candles shipping and return policy is pretty straightforward. Please allow 10-15 business days for your package arrival. If packages are delayed, we offer a free item for the inconvenience. We do not accepted or refund returned items unless they were damaged upon arrival. Please read our return and exchange policy for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund request must be made 5 days after delivery date. Refunds are made only towards damaged items, if supporters do not want item(s) replaced. Photos of damaged products must be sent to BEYONDCANDLES1@GMAIL.COM as soon as request is made. Also include your order number for better assistance.
